The bees arrived late Monday afternoon with raining cool weather keeping them inside. On Wednesday evening the hive was humming and activity was seen outside the hive. Elwood (our senior poogle) has experience with hives and stayed away. Ci Coch, with all the curiosity of a 2 year old crept up on them and was able to sniff the entrance. Amazingly he was not stung!
