Mounds, a local pet supply store sponsors a Dog Fest which is a huge dog party! The dogs love going and the people had a wonderful time too! There were product displays, training demos, coursing, agility, frisbee areas as well as the Radar run. Elwood loped along, while the police checked his speed with the radar gun. He clocked in at a leisurely 11 miles per hour.
